These past few days had been quiet calm in your company. The sales are doing good, even if there's no augmentation. You're doing some paperwork when Aslam comes in your office. "Goodmorning boss. Can we talk? I have a matter to discuss." [["Yes of course! What is the problem?"|1]]

"You know, Sujatah and I were the two candidates for a promotion. And Ashok choose Sujatah over me! And I suspect Ashok chooses her just because she is a woman. I know there were some tensions in our company on this matter, and maybe Ashok was influenced. So I would like him to reconsider giving her the promotion." You quickly think about the possibities.
